Registration Steps for All Players
Create or Log In
Sign in with your NCPA profile.
Go to Tournaments
Find your event, click Join Tournament, and join your university team if prompted.
Bracket Registration
Register under the Team Bracket or the Individual Brackets.
Pay the Fee
Pay the registration fee and double check you are on the correct teams after you register for the different brackets.
During Registration
Enter your captain’s discount code at checkout. Coordinate with your captain on which brackets you are playing, and confirm you are on the correct teams as you register for each one.
Captains / Presidents
Step 1: Request Captain Key
Text 760-685-4146 to request your captain key.
Step 2: Register
Go to the tournament and select Captain — not Captain & Player.
Step 3: Team Credit
Add balance to discount codes — use the built-in calculator or enter any dollar amount. Share codes with players or use them to register players yourself.
Step 4: Coordinate With Your Team
Work with your roster to register players yourself or help them register on their own.
Captain Responsibilities

Share discount codes with players who are registering themselves so they can apply them at checkout.
Coordinate with your roster on who is playing which brackets and how much Team Credit to purchase.
Additional Registration Policies
Open Registration
There is no division lock. Any player can register for any bracket or event.
Multiple Regionals
Players may compete at multiple regionals. Participation across events is encouraged.
Overlapping Brackets
You cannot compete in two brackets scheduled at the same time — for example, a Team Bracket and an Individual Bracket (3.0–5.0) with overlapping start times.
If schedules do not overlap, register for as many brackets as you like.
Re-Registration Discounts
Players eliminated from an NCPA Team Format bracket — Men's Team, Women's Team, or Mixed Team — are eligible for re-registration discounts on Individual Brackets (3.0–5.0): Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men's Singles, and Women's Singles.
While still registered in the Team Bracket, register for the Individual Bracket you want — your discount applies automatically.

IMPORTANT FOR CAPTAINS
Captains have the ability to register all their players for every bracket. At minimum, your players need to log in to their NCPA Profile, join the tournament, and join your university team.
Coordinate with your roster on who is registering for what, which brackets each player is entered in, and how much Team Credit to buy.
Example: If a player wants to compete in Men's Doubles (3.0-5.0), Men's Singles (3.0-5.0), and Mixed Doubles (3.0-5.0), they must be entered into each bracket individually.
Once brackets are finalized, no players can be added — failure to register them ahead of time means they will not compete in that event.

Participation Rules
- Schools are encouraged to send athletes to both team brackets and individual events (3.0-5.0)
- No limit on the number of teams or players per school
- Prioritize having at least one team entered in team brackets
- Multiple regionals participation is allowed.
