REGISTER HERERegistration Guide
Captains / Presidents
Step 1: Request Captain Key
Text 760-685-4146 to request your captain key.
Step 2: Register
Go to the tournament and select Captain — not Captain & Player.
Step 3: Team Credit
Add balance to promo codes — use the built-in calculator or enter any dollar amount. Share codes with players or use them to register players yourself.
Step 4: Create Teams
Create teams for each event before players can add themselves. Only captains can create teams.
Captain Responsibilities
Captains are the only ones who can create teams for events — this must happen before players can join. You can either add players and pay for them, or let players add themselves and pay on their own.
If players register themselves, they can still use your promo codes — but you must create the team first and share the code with them.
Coordinate with your roster: who is registering for what, which team slots you need to create, and how much Team Credit to purchase.

After You Register
If your captain has already created teams and slots are open, add yourself to the event and pay to join.
If teams are not set up yet, wait for your captain to create them — then either your captain can add you and pay, or you can add yourself and pay on your own.
Coordinate with your captain on which teams are playing in which events and who is on each roster. You can use a promo code from your captain when registering if they provide one.
Additional Registration Policies
Open Registration
There is no division lock. Any player can register for any bracket or event.
Multiple Regionals
Players may compete at multiple regionals. Participation across events is encouraged.
Overlapping Brackets
You cannot compete in two brackets that run at the same time — for example, a team event and an individual event (3.0-5.0) with overlapping schedules.
If brackets do not overlap, you are free to register for anything. You can register before a tournament if you know schedules won't conflict, or register right before a bracket starts if you were eliminated early from an overlapping event.
Re-Registration Discounts
Players registered in an NCPA Team Format bracket who are eliminated are eligible for re-registration discounts on individual events (3.0-5.0) — men's doubles, mixed doubles, singles, and other non-team brackets.
As long as you are registered for the team bracket, go to the individual event you want and register normally. Your discount is applied automatically. Discount amounts vary by tournament.
Registration Fees
Team Events
$95 per player
Individual Events (3.0-5.0)
$35–$45 per bracket

IMPORTANT FOR CAPTAINS
Only captains can create teams — players cannot join an event until you have created the team and opened slots.
Coordinate with your roster on who is registering for what, which team slots you need, and how much Team Credit to buy.
Example: If a player wants to compete in Men's Doubles (3.0-5.0), Men's Singles (3.0-5.0), and Mixed Doubles (3.0-5.0), they must be entered into each bracket individually.
Once brackets are finalized, no players can be added — failure to register them ahead of time means they will not compete in that event.
👉 Double-check before registration closes to avoid mistakes.
