Coach Payment Per Team

Each column is an age group (see NCPA Junior Registration for player pricing). Summer camp and after school coach payouts match the player program total for that age band. Club payouts are per team for the full 4-month season.

Important Information:

  • Paid monthly
  • Pay based on 4-month season, paid out over 4 months
  • Coaches can have multiple teams
  • Background checks required
  • Minimum 6 players per team... Max of 12.
  • For every additional player (7-12), coaches will be compensated an additional $120 per season per player.

Time Commitment

  • 4-month seasons (3 per year)
  • 72 hours per team per season
  • Twice weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each (3 hours/week)
  • Monthly Saturday combined session, camp, or mini tourney (3 hours/month)
  • Recommended: 3 teams per coach for efficiency and maximum income

Teams

  • Team size: 6–12 players
  • Gender: mixed preferred, but all-boys or all-girls teams allowed
  • Age: teams can be same or overlapping ages
  • Skill-based placement: younger players may join older teams if capable
  • Focus: immerse players in NCPA's team format
