Important Information:

  • Paid monthly
  • Background checks required
  • Coaches must carry insurance (resources provided if needed) - Access Via the JotForm (button above)
  • Coaches build their own team & train at their chosen venue; NCPA assists with partnerships and player placement
  • Coaches payment is based on the total amount of players on a team

Additional Benefits

  • Up to $10 per court per hour (NCPA pays venue directly)
  • 20–40% off training equipment
  • 30% off registration fees for coach's children
  • Optional marketing support (available for purchase): email address, business cards, recruitment flyers, digital marketing packages

Time Commitment

  • 6–8 month season depending on age group
  • 150 hours max per team/year
  • Twice weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each (3 hours/week)
  • Monthly Saturday combined session, camp, or mini tourney (3 hours/month)
  • Recommended: 3 teams per coach for efficiency and maximum income

Teams

  • Team size: 6–12 players
  • Gender: mixed preferred, but all-boys or all-girls teams allowed
  • Age: teams can be same or overlapping ages
  • Skill-based placement: younger players may join older teams if capable
  • Focus: immerse players in NCPA's team format
