Fundraising Resources & Breakdown
Tournament Fees
NCPA charges $10 per player. Universities set their own bracket fee (minimum $20 per player) and keep 100% of those funds.
Marketing Support
Universities create their own flyer and will receive the NCPA logo to feature. NCPA will also share the flyer on our Instagram story to boost event promotion.
Paddles Provided
If at least 50 players are registered one week before your tournament, we'll send $100–$200 paddles to support your event!
Format and Brackets
Run like D2, pool play into single elimination with five different brackets: mens/womens doubles, mens/womens singles, mixed doubles, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels offered for each.
Tournament Director
Your club must assign a tournament director to manage check-in, brackets, and player questions. They'll run the tournament as a 'Host' in NCPA software, with an NCPA rep on call for support.
Make NCPA ProfileAdditional Revenue Generation
We strongly recommend running a raffle or giveaway to boost fundraising, as these have proven highly successful in past events. Be sure to involve local sponsors who are willing to support your school.
